Best AnswerHi @hmcg I will move this to the Sense forum where you might get more replies.
What exercises/activities is it not recognising automatically? Have you tried restarting your Sense a couple of times? If not, give that a try and see if it improves it's recognition of exercise.

Best AnswerThank you.
I have selected walk, bike and swim to auto-track. I have used a Charge 3 for 2 to 3 years so had some idea what to expect however after the first week the Sense did not record any days out of 5 exercise unless I started the manual record although it did record zone minutes. After the second week it would not sync either. As you suggest I re-started my device and my iphone 8+; disconnected and reconnected bluetooth; re-paired my phone and sense. but no joy and the device would not sync either. I contacted the help line who walked me through all the trouble-shooting to try to restart the synchronising as I felt this was more urgent than the auto-track, but eventually a factory re-stet was required. This sorted out the sync so I tried a couple of exercise sessions to check the auto-track which still does not work.
I thought that if the restart would remedy the problem it should have already done so after the intensive efforts the other day. The help desk were very good and I did not want to bother them again if someone in the community could point me in the right direction
Thanks HMcG
Best AnswerAuto tracking is set to 15 minutes to be recognized maybe change it to a lower number like 10 or maybe even 8 minutes fair warning though auto recognized does not activate GPS if that a feature you wanted in the info of the exercise. You can change the time in the app under the exercise tile I believe.
Best AnswerYes, you are right about the restart. If that was going to fix it, it would have done so by now. My Sense auto recognises when I walk or ride my bike, so it isn't something that affects every Sense. I'd suggest contact Support again and see if they can help.

Thank you. My sessions were from 45 minutes to well over the hour. I think I will need to contact the help desk again .
