Sense doesn't register that I'm wearing it

For the past few days my sense has displayed the "user not detected" screen and doesn't seem to register that I'm wearing it as it's not tracking anything. But it still Bluetooth syncs to my phone and receives notifs.

Hi @PeachyQueen7 - this may be a clock face issue, try changing to another clock face.

You can also verify if the watch heart rate is working (used to detect presence) by swipe the face left and tap the Today app.

If no heart rate, try a watch restart, sync then do a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charger it.

@PeachyQueen7   You are the first user of any Fitbit model that has reported a “user not detected” error message.  If a restart doesn’t help, you should contact Support for more help.  Tap on your profile picture > Help & Support > Contact Customer Support.  If you contact Support, don’t be surprised if they are puzzled about this, too.
