My sense will not show my heart rate from when I am sleeping. What do I do?

Hello @Megan00776. Welcome to the community forums!
Do you mean the Sleep Heart Rate graph on the Fitbit App is blank? In the meantime, if you haven't done so, I recommend checking that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date. For more information, please check: How do I use the Fitbit app?
Look forward to your response.

This has been a long standing issue across several Fitbit I’ve owned (currently Sense). In my experience It just randomly happens about 90 days into a new Fitbit. No data on the resting/sleeping heat rate chart now about three weeks with no data. Same issue as last year when you had thousands of complaints , took more than a month to resolve. Really hoped when I bought the sense the technology had evolved

Because most people sleep with their eyes closed, I'm going to assume that what you mean is that the heart rate graphs tend not to be updated when you first wake up in the morning. I find that I have to complete a full manual sync with the fitbit, and then have to close the heart rate display and reopen it a few times before the display gets filled in up to the current time. This has been a long standing issue that Fitbit should have corrected long ago, but it's not anywhere near the top of my frustration feature list.
