Sense doesn't sync with app for 3 days

Hi everyone, for 3 days Sense has no longer synchronized with the ìapp (ver. 3.82) on the Android 13 smartphone.
The strange thing is that the app doesn't even allow me to insert, for example, the foods of the meals, it remains loaded with the "wheel", the training section the same. Does it happen to anyone?
I have seen on the android store some comments with the same problem
I add that Sense is connected to the phone correctly, for example when the phone rings, Sense vibrates me. How can this be solved?

Hi @Tony72 - in addition to what @Clove6060  has suggested you may also want to logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

This should clear any glitch in the app on the phone which hopefully is the only device with the Fitbit App installed.

Have you tried turning off and then back on the phone as well as restarting sense by holding the side button til the Fitbit logo appears and then releasing?
