My sense locked up and I couldn't make any changes so I went to a factory reset now I can't get it to start what can I do.

Hi, @JOHNLB8, welcome, you need to go through the entire setup process having reduced the Sense to "as from the factory". It will probably also require an update. These articles will help you through the process How do I set up my Fitbit device? and Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? This video demonstrates the process. I hope this helps.

Thank you but I eventually figured it out my 91 year old brain still works,
all is well once again, thank you good advice.
