Sense doesn't work after factory reset

My sense locked up and I couldn't make any changes so I went to a factory reset now I can't get it to start what can I do.

Hi, @JOHNLB8, welcome, you need to go through the entire setup process having reduced the Sense to "as from the factory". It will probably also require an update. Thank you but I eventually figured it out my 91 year old brain still works,
all is well once again, thank you good advice.
