Sense face fallen off!!!

Sat watching TV Sunday, looked down at my watch & the face had popped up, was still attached & somehow working but can no longer be worn, used & isn’t fit for purpose.  Utter disappointment after 2 years of having my Sense since my ionic was recalled by Fitbit due to overheating.  I’d expect to get more than 2 years from a fitness watch.  It’s my 4th Fitbit watch since 2015.  First one (can’t recall model) returned due to strap bubbling up, upgraded to ionic which was recalled 2022 & now let down badly by Sense.  Spoken to two different Fitbit people via CHAT & left hanging despite all the reports online/on forums about this same thing happening - so disappointed

Hi @ShellyM70 - if the watch is still working and outside warranty you only need to apply a little glue to stick back on carefully.

But you can't rely on it being waterproof and if it already ever got wet make sure to let it dry before fixing so no moisture is trapped inside.
