Sense falling behind (currently 10 minutes slow)

I can't get my Sense to display the correct time.  I have previously tried the changing the time zone to a different location and back again trick and it hasn't worked.  Doing the soft reboot seems to make it quickly lose time and no setting I can find seems to get it to display the correct time.  Doers anyone have any good tricks?  Obviously, I am past the one year warranty (but still below the two year... what are those locations, by the way?)

Hi @thejackal007  - you should be able to force it.

Try changing the time zone manually to another one, logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch to get it to sync on the wrong time zone, then put the correct time zone and repeat the process.

If you aren't syncing and the time continually loses minutes, the watch has a fault.

Warranty is generally 1 year or in Europe and elsewhere it can be 2 or more years.
