I did the update on my sense today. Every since I have been seeing a rectangle with a line through it on my home screen on my watch. Sometimes it stays for a few seconds and goes away, sometimes it flashes on and off. My watch seems to be working okay, but I've never seen this before. Can someone provide an explanation or a fix?

Hi there, @Jkenn43. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. I understand where your concern is coming from,
If this happed after the update, it could be what @nicoscy has mentioned. Did you already sync your Sense? Have you checked if your Sense is still linked to your Fitbit account? To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.

Best AnswerI'm having the same issue and my fitbit is definitely synced to my phone. When I tap on it a message from the notification centre just says I'm all up to date, but it keeps appearing anyway. It's only happened since the update and my fitbit is 100% synced to my phone.
You can turn off status symbols until sorted out.
I’m having the same issue. Tried restarted my Fitbit sense & restarted my phone & Bluetooth. It can’t restart or detected by my phone after I updated the Fitbit app last night. My Fitbit was working fine yesterday but today after waking up I notice the screen freezed.
Best AnswerSee page 21 of your user manual for the meaning of the3 icons at the top of the screen.
@Cass_Peter remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth. Clear the cache of the fitbit app.
Now start the app and hopefully the Sense will sync.

Your phones Bluetooth should not be able to pair with the tracker.
Best AnswerAlready did that & I’ve offload & reinstall the software. Still unable to track the Fitbit. I’m using iPhone & I’ve updated to latest version of IOS & Fitbit app. The Fitbit screen is still frozen with the diamond dotted of the Fitbit icon. Tried restarting the Fitbit a few times. Seems weird for it to not to work since I bought this Fitbit sense in May. Was working fine yesterday & the battery was still 70% full when I went to sleep last night
Best Answer@Cass_Peter would you be able to post a photo of this diamond. I can't find anything in the user manual and this thread is about the phone icon with a line through it.
Have you tried a restart by holding in the button?
I think
Diamond = Fitbit logo
Best AnswerYup, the Fitbit logo. Solved the issue already. I had to let the Fitbit battery died & recharged it back fully before trying to restart it again. Didn’t find the solution in the manual, just decided to see if this could solve it.
Best AnswerIf it is the fitbit logo, then usually there also is a message telling the user to setup the tracker
Best AnswerThank you that removed that stupid little triangle that dim the top of my screen where the time is
Best AnswerHi sir… I am having the same issue as OP… my sense is flashing the phone not connected icon rapidly… it shows it synced just a few minutes ago but I am not able to connect to the sense with the app… can’t change display or update calendar or find my phone… no apps work… your thoughts are appreciated
Best AnswerHello, people. The sign means DO NOT DISTURB and you can fix it by swiping to the right and the first button is the exact sign appearing on the home screen.
Deactivate de button and the connections will start function again - in my case it was active and the phone was not communicating with the fitbit anymore. You are welcome.
