Hi,

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with my sense watch. Is anyone else having issues over and over again?! My sp02 very rarely works, my sense controls won't connect repeatedly and I am having to re-pair and re-sync my watch over and over again to get anything to work properly! For the amount of money paid for a Sense watch, it's really not acceptable. Starting to wish I had gone with an Apple watch instead!

Hi @Fruitbat21  - it could be that all your issues stem from an incorrect phone configuration which if causing syncing problems won't help with getting good performance from your watch and is not necessarily a watch issue.
