Its just garbage. 2 years ago i had to contact support because the versa i had stopped working and just now 2 days before 2 years having this sense replacement that i got the your product is no longer under warranty here is a 35% coupon to buy a new one bs. This new one is now having the same problem and they are doing the same cr--p trying to offer me 35% off to buy yet another fitbit. I dont have money to keep replacing my tech every time they do an update I take care of my things. This is junk I am finding a more reliable fitness tracker and watch. So disappointed.
