I currently have the FITBIT Sense watch. It will no longer charge. I even bought a new charger, yet still won't work. After spending a lot of money on this particular item, not happy. How or what do I need to do to make this work?

It’s the poor design for the charger. Prong system just does not work. Had 3 bad chargers in 2 months after asking in the initial month to return the Sense for a different model. Emails & calls were ignored & customer service continued to send replacement chargers that simply broke again. The 3rd return was put off 2 MONTHS siting non receipt of the watch while my tracking clearly showed delivery within days. Deliberate delay of return & ignoring my contact. Bad charging design & really bad customer service
