my sense is flashing the phone not connected icon rapidly… it shows it synced just a few minutes ago but I am not able to connect to the sense with the app… can’t change display or update calendar or find my phone… no apps work… your thoughts are appreciated

Hi @SubyRoo82 Have you tried restarting the Sense a few times? If you haven't, give that a try. Come back here or contact Customer Support if it continues to misbehave.

No, it connects to everything else fine

I’ve reset the sense uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone all several times.

Sounds like you need to factory reset then.

@SubyRoo82 If you can get to the Settings App then try a Factory Reset, but I am assuming you can't. If you can't do that then contact Customer Support (link in my post above)
