my sense is flashing the phone not connected icon rapidly… it shows it synced just a few minutes ago but I am not able to connect to the sense with the app… can’t change display or update calendar or find my phone… no apps work… your thoughts are appreciated

Hi @SubyRoo82 Have you tried restarting the Sense a few times? If you haven't, give that a try. Come back here or contact Customer Support if it continues to misbehave.

Sounds like you need to factory reset then.
Best Answer@SubyRoo82 If you can get to the Settings App then try a Factory Reset, but I am assuming you can't. If you can't do that then contact Customer Support (link in my post above)
