So I went for a run and it started raining a little. I was confident since Sense is water resistant and you can swim wearing it
It was not even a heavy rain, but within 20 mins, the display turned off.
So I came back home and had to restart the Sense and let it dry. Its been more than a week but since then, the touchscreen never works and the Sense loses charge also rapidly
Not sure how Sense, which is supposed to be water resistant and can be used for swimming, get damaged in rain?
I am wondering what can I do now? Please note that I am not within the warranty period 😞

Hi @vishalmishra.im Unfortunately if you are not within the warrant period there is nothing you can do. Personally I would suggest you contact Fitbit Support and see what they say.
