I’ve had my sense since Christmas and the last couple of weeks to a month it’s not syncing and today my sense is giving me a black screen for my skin face. What the heck is going on?!

I’m not able to because my screen on my Fitbit won’t do anything.

@jenneeyaaj Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry you're going through this experience and just to confirm, is the green light on the back of your Sense blinking? It not, I'd recommend the following steps to troubleshoot your watch:
Best AnswerJust had this issue earlier today scared me good.
Can you feel the watch vibrate when you hold down the button at all any time you press it? If so then I believe you can fix it and recover from this Hold the side button and keep holding it until it turns back on took about 30-35 seconds for me. This is called a soft reboot normally takes 10-15 seconds to do it but for what ever reason it took 30ish seconds when my watch turned black and refused to work. I hope this fix's your issue.
