Sense has not synced since 10/9/23

I am not sure when the last update to my Sense Fitbit occurred, but my watch has not synced since 10/9/23. I have tried to pair to Bluetooth, turning watch off and on and the situation has not improved. What do I need to do?

Andrea, I have tried several solutions from the Help articles. I believe what finally worked was to restart my Fitbit Sense and then restart my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 phone. The Sense then synced. Thanks for offering the articles.
