Not happy with the new Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The newly-designed app looks very nice, but it appears to have REMOVED a useful feature.

Every time I pulled the screen done on the old app to sync with the Sense, I could see the battery level.

In the new app, this very convenient feature does not appear to be available.

In case it IS available and there is some convoluted way of putting it "ON", please let me know. Thanks.

Good morning. Please go here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Product-Feedback/Restore-battery-percentage-on-new-Fitbit-app/idc-p/...

and vote on the request to add battery % back. It also doesn't hurt to leave an app review on your Play Store / App Store and use the contact developer option within your app store.

I am afraid you have not clarified the reason for removing the battery charge % data from the app.

There is an old saying “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. I wonder if the designers at Fitbit have heard of this saying.

Hi @FitbitUser1112 - the reason for the new app with things removed, changed or not working has not been given.

The adage you mention exists for a reason, and normally change should be for the better, not for change sake. An option for classic view or new view could have been provided.

A great idea.

I would have thought the highly paid designers would have thought of this
option.
