Sense has pin from previous owner, so can't reset

Hi. I just bought a Sense, 2nd one I have owned. When I went to pair it I found that the watch wants a 4 digit pin. I can't even swipe left or right as it comes up with the keypad. Thus I can't reset the watch. I have tried contacting the seller, but no reply yet. Is there any way I can override this pin?

Thanks

Max

An update to the situation: the previous owner cam back to me and gave me a code. I entered it on the watch and now it says "unlock with your phone". The person I bought it from lives a 45 minute drive away and I would rather not have to do that again. As the watch sat in her drawer for 11 months, there's no guarantee that her phone and the watch would still be paired, or be able to be paired. I appreciate that knowledge of how to circumvent this, if it is actually possible is sensitive information. If anyone can help me, I'm happy to give my email address so that we can communicate privately

I’m wondering if the erase would work?

may want to discuss with support.  Odyssey13 was nice enough to provide contact info.

@Max_NZ   Please contact Support using @Odyssey13's link.  You can't get to the Erase or Factory Reset options from a locked phone.  But apparently there is a "double secret" way to do a factory reset that isn't in the manual.  A moderator described it in a different thread a little while ago.
