I followed the overly vague and generic android sync troubleshooting instructions multiple times, and the other day I finally felt okay with removing my Sense from my account to try and add it back to hopefully fix my issue.
Now I can't even add my Sense back to my account.
I can get to the point where I enter the 4 number code into the app, but after I do so it just loads infinitely, without ever getting anything done.
The amount of syncing issues I've had with my Sense is absolutely disgusting seeing as how I never once had any issues like this with my Charge 3 I was using before. I have no idea why there's no option to enable a background sync service for my Sense like there was for my Charge 3, but it needs to be implemented for the Sense, otherwise people will keep having these horrendous syncing issues.

Hi @popcornrulez. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense prior to posting. I understand where you're coming from about not syncing your details correctly and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. About your question, were you referring to the All-Day Sync function? If so, let me clarify that this function has been removed from the Fitbit app and your data should automatically sync each time you open the Fitbit app when your Fitbit device is nearby.
Because this isn't your case, may I know if you've also tried the suggestions described in this help article? If you have but the issue persists, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support team so they can evaluate your options and bring you back on track. They're available via chat or phone, just click here to get connected with them.
