Hi, like some other people here I have a Sense that is not charging. I have tried different cords and chargers and if I wiggle it around I can get it to briefly show 0% charged. I can leave it all night and it won't charge. I have also noticed one side has a thin slot that looks like something is missing like a button or something. I didn't notice it before so I'm not sure if it was like that in the beginning or if something has fallen off. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated, I have only had it for six months or so and it was working just fine.

Hi, @Dutchman1961 - on your charge cable there should be 4 pins, carefully check they are all equally prominent and properly firmly located.
