after months of researching for a good watch after my fitbit versa lite broke i was told that the fitbit sense was on god tier level so i spent $300+ on it and now have had it for 3 months and its the worst thing ive bought.
let me add in the fact that i bought this for help keeping track of my heart as i have a heart/nervous system conditio- POTS a disability that effect my heart and my blood pressure with no control and i also dont always feel my heart rate when it goes too fast and without warning i can pass out and cause myself to be in danger. i bought this watch bc everywhere i looked it said that the Sense was WAY better than an Apple watch and i wouldnt have to deal with unnecessary things like apps and notif etc that i wouldve had if i had bought the Apple (which is still true).
i can tell you i regret my decision. in one instance recently i was not feeling well but my sense was saying my HR was in normalish range (90-120bpm) but i knew it wasnt right so i checked on my Pulse Ox and it was 210bpm (just standing up no exercise)...my watch never recorded it.
this watch will be accurate one day then 40+ bpm off the next, bc of my misplaced trust in this watch i have: given myself a blackout from smashing it while falling from passing out, have come close to passing out twice while DRIVING, and genuinely dont know what is going on with my heart that i may need to know about. this is also $300+ i forked out as a broke college student that i domt know if ill get back bc i thought i was doing something that would help my disability.
ive posted abt this before i believe in March and have yet to even get a response from a support team. I dont know if i'll ever by from Fitbit again!

First, this is a Fitbit community site, where Fitbit users can discuss, and advice other fitbit users. It is NOT where you reach Fitbit support team. To get in touch with support follow this link.
Second, to monitor a medical condition, you should talk to your doctor, and ask if there are any device recommended for monitoring your condition.

yes i know this. i am posting this to see if anyone else has the same issues as i do and to let people know that the Sense isnt all what its claimed to be and how i havent gotten an answer from fitbit in general in response to it. seeing as for some fitbit services pwill contact them and offer a solution to their problem.
and seeing as i have a heart/nervous system condition i am regularly talking to my doctor who also recommended to get a fitbit watch, but thank you for the input.
