Hi @Centralcity -  The main differences are 

• EDA (stress): Hold your palm over the display
• ECG (heart rhythm): Hold two fingers on the corners of the stainless steel ring for 30 seconds
• Skin temperature: Automatically while you sleep

@Centralcity   Here is the Mac World article that @SunsetRunner mentioned.  My husband wears a Sense and I wear a Versa 3.  My husband is in A fib some of the time, but not all of the time, so the heart rhythm feature is helpful to him.  Nothing seems to bother him, so he doesn't use the EDA (stress) scan. I'm not sure why Fitbit makes a big deal about the temperature measurement in the Sense.  The Versa 3 also measures skin temperature variation while you sleep.
