Is fitbit ever going to address the issues with the Sense heart rate monitoring? I'm tired of seeing my watch showing 70bpm when my manual heart rate is easily 140+. Right now I'm wearing an expensive piece of crap on my wrist and it's frustrating as heck. I've used my fitbit religiously for years to calculate calories burned during exercise. At least acknowledge there's an issue and if it's being addressed!

@Rever07 - I understand your frustration but please keep in mind that these are community forums. We are just Fitbit users trying to help other users. You might try contacting Fitbit Support for an answer to your question.

I 1000% agree with @Rever07 . I am extremely unhappy with fitbit sense - it is at least 40 beats off the actual heart rate when I am working out. And there is no support from the Fitbit support. They should do a recall of all these piece of junks.

100% agree. I bought this thing a few months ago to try to monitor my morning spinning exercises to lose some weight. I peddle like a mule, only to hit around 105, but then as I watch the heart rate monitor, the thing jumps around from 105, to 137, to 92, etc, all within seconds of watching it. I wish I had seen these threads on the issues people are having. I would have bought something else.

Fitbit officially said it can't be fixed in "immediate future".
