Sense hot, won't charge since update

I updated my sense Friday, then all of the sudden Saturday I keep getting the reboot icon, it won't charge, and now when I try it gets hot.

Hi, @Apollynon, welcome to the community, do not try & charge your "Sense" further, talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, alternatively contact them via the Fitbit app on your phone.
