Sense in a loop after being stuck in can't clear data phase

I've done all the resets, cleared the cache, unpaired, reset, turn off phone, Uninstaller the app, reinstall, add new, replace device, etc.  No we are back to reset failed data was not cleared.  It also seems my screen doesn't work when touched.  What is a new suggestion to test?

Hi @Davidkp  - did you try this sequence 

  • remove both watch Bluetooth entries from the phone
  • remove the watch from your account 
  • Logout of the app
  • Clear storage cache
  • Force stop it
  • Restart the phone 
  • Restart the watch again
  • then "+ set up a Device"

Basically a clean state install of the watch.

Yes I did it again as you said and I'm still getting the reset failure.  It will actually give me a 4 digit code, pair and then upon reboot give me the error again and again.  It still seems to keep track of my steps and heart rate, but the screen doesn't work at all and I have the error.
