Sense inaccurate swim data

My swim data has gone from being pretty accurate with like this:

 to displaying garbage like this

Despite the device itself showing the correct info at completion. Can this be fixed?

Hello @Joylea!  Welcome on board to our community forums!

I'm sorry to hear  that your Sense is not tracking your Swim accurately. 

Besides swimming, do you usually do any other exercise? If so, please confirm if this problem also occurs in other activities. 

In the meantime, please restart your Sense by pressing the left button until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then try recording an exercise again to verify if your data appears correctly now.

I have restarted the Fitbit. My swim is the only exercise I track ……mostly as a backup lap counter. For 2 days this week the phone app data was as usual however today when I first checked it a few minutes after my swim it’s correctly displayed but a couple of hours later it has reverted to this

 This was a 2000m/40 lap swim

In this case, please confirm that your app and mobile operating system are up to date. Once verified, follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign out of your app.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Sign back in to your app.
