Sense interval timer starts running randomly

My interval timer on my sense starts running randomly and I cannot figure out how to turn it off or delete it. Sometimes it starts up when I am driving, but last night it started up in the middle of a deep sleep. I  have to scroll down and hit the finish button to turn it off. It was an annoyance, now it is a problem.

Hi, check which shortcut you have assigned to the button as it may be the timer and you are actioning it by accident.
