A number of promised features don't seem to work. I can't take calls from my wrist. It says there's a problem with my connection and to take the call on my phone. I restarted the phone and watch and set them up again. The function to allow calls is on. I don't know what the problem is.
I just tried the GPS and it wouldn't connect. Sigh. It doesn't show my sleep score on my wrist until the following night, if then. I feel like I should return this product. Oh... and the Battery drains super fast. I've had it for 4 days and have charged it twice already.
A lot of your problems if not all can resolved by taking a moment and searching the forum for each specific issue you’re having. There are solutions to several if not all of your issues.
Best AnswerClove6060 that is not true. I have similar problems and I have visited the forum quite often. I do not find any real solutions. Just people like you denying the seriousness of the problems some people have.
Well if I may ask, what steps have you taken to trouble shoot the battery issue you’re having?
Tell me a little bit of how you use your watch?
texting
music
outlook
emails
always on display
snore report
readiness score
syncing
3rd party apps
etc
Trying to figure out why you get 2 days and I get
4-5.days between charges. A lot has to do with frequency of use and features used.
Texting, music, outlook, emails, always on, snore, readiness, 3rd party apps: I didn't even dream to start with that. My problems are with the basic functions.
Did you check to see if snore report is enabled? That will deplete your battery 20% overnight.
click on the sleep tile and you’ll then click on the
cog wheel top right. Scroll down to see is snore and noise detection is enabled. If so turn it off.
Also,
what type of phone do you have?
Best AnswerNo music. No 3rd party apps. No texting. I do have the snore report on. I guess I'll have to turn it off. But again. Why do I need to not use the watch features they advertise to get decent battery life. What's the point? I have trouble shot and used suggestions on the forum and still have too many issues. I'm gonna look for a replacement. I find this watch to be too much of a headache. What can I say. I just expect things to work after paying 200 plus.
Thanks. I turned off snore report. I have a Samsung galaxy s10
Best AnswerI think you’ll be happy in the morning! Snore report is a big battery drain. I can’t speak to settings which will help the basic functions on a Galaxy S10. I have the iPhone and was gonna go through all mine with you. Maybe someone will come along with the same phone and help.
I understand and hope you get back to finding some joy. Life’s too short.
Best AnswerThank you anyway. It's all good. I had the original versa and it recently died. I was happy with it though it had fewer bells and whistles. No big deal to return the item. Just gonna find something else to try. Have a good day.
Thanks for the recommendation!
Would think someone who claims they were part of CC would know what it actually stands for. There's no community champions here.🤔
Best AnswerFair point, it was actually the community council and I’ve got the rain coat to prove it
Best Answer@SunsetRunner Fitbit is supposed to have the superior app? I went with an affordable Versa 2 after my disastrous Versa 3 heart rate experience, due to not knowing where to go. Used to the fitbit app.
