Hi there, hope someone can help, my sense is always charging really slowly, it’s been on charge for the past 2 hours and has changed to 18%. Is it time for a new charger or a new Fitbit ? Thanks in advance, Mick

Hi @Mickyd73 - firstly check the steps in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
The things to try
Secondly, once charging has started do a sync and turn off the phone Bluetooth.
Thirdly while it is charging after a sync do Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.
Fourthly, try changing clock face.
Fifthly, restart the watch before charging by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start and then charge.
See if any of those individuallly help speed up charging.
In all probability you need to charge more frequently than every 5 days or so. If it is more frequently than 2 days the watch probably has internal damage.
