My Sense seemed to be counting floors well from December 17, 2021 to January 1, 2022 with about 10 flights per day. Then on the first, it counted 90 floors, then 86, then 171, 103, 156, ...
So, I see that this problem with floor counting is already a known issue. I already contacted Fitbit, and they said "We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. "
Do I return it? Is there a better option? :((

It's been over a year with this particular bug, and I don't expect them to fix it at all.

If floor count is important you, yes return it and get another device.
