Can’t get it to record my sleep (hasn’t done it since Oct). Took DAYS of faffing to get it to sync with my phone. HR not accurate. Annoying and unreliable. This is my second sense as first battery only lasted 2 days — I did all the recommendations around battery life and it made no difference. Waste of money and my time.

Hi @SuzeO - if you look in the forums you will see the heart rate and short battery are common problems and most likely not a watch problem at all.
You may have received a refurbished replacement watch from Fitbit which may have problems.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly and explain what has happened.
