Sense is experiencing battery drain and issues with data

Hi, I just bought the new Fitbit sense and really wanted to love it, but not so sure. After the first night I have no sleep data, no heartbeat pulse or o2 readings showing on my clock face. Also after not even 24 hours my battery has dipped to 40%? I’m using an iPhone with it and tried restarting/resyncing

thanks!

@Gerryspeirs Welcome to the forum. Sense needs to sync data back and forth (to Fitbit servers and back) to display the calculations/stats:

  1. Make sure your watch syncs properly - open fitbit app, tap on your profile picture and scroll down to Sense. What does the sync timestamp say? Has it synced recently?
  2. Please go to sleep tile in your fitbit app and tap it to open. Check if the stats are there
  3. Please swipe left on the main (clockface) screen of your watch (you might have to swipe several times) to get to Today app. Tap it. Scroll down to sleep section and tap it. Give it a few seconds to populate if hasnt already
  4. Battery drain - Are you using always on display/ This might be the reason. Swipe right on the main screen of your watch to open quick settings. Make sure the first icon on the bottom left is grayed out
  5. Battery drain continued - are you using any third party clockfaces (not developed by Fitbit)? If not properly optimized, this can be the reason for the drain as well. Please try installing one of fitbit original clockfaces to check if problem persists.
