I can't sync my Sense without re-opening the App twice

Hi. I’m on an iPhone XSMax when I open Fitbit app to sync to sense it always says Sense can’t be found or no device. I re open the app and swipe down once or twice then it syncs. Any reason why it doesn’t do it on the first try?

Hi @Mguel07 . Welcome to the forum. Please try this:

 

1. Remove sense from paired devices list in the settings on your iPhone

2. Uninstall Fitbit app

3. Reboot Sense and iPhone

4. Reinstall Fitbit app

5. Open Fitbit app and force sync. Allow for linking with Fitbit when prompted.

It looks like your Sense is experiencing syncing issues. You may try the following troubleshooting steps for syncing: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

You can also try to restart your Fitbit device and iPhone as suggested by @Marrrmaduke
