My Fitbit sense does not calculate calories properly it does calculated 200 calories less every  run.  It doesn’t auto recognize exercise and step count is frozen then steps count appear later on the day.  Fitbit is not catching up with improved workouts performance.

Hi @fvm - as a first step restart both watch and phone to ensure good working order.

Use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second.
