sense not able to charge

This is generally a faulty charge cable issue, check the 4 pins are equally prominent, and gently try the spring pressure of each pin with the back of your nail.
This assumes that the watch is clean and the 4 connections holes have nothing in them.
If the charger is faulty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly to request a replacement under warranty.
