I have my new sense, that I love, it was new from may 2021, it is working with my samsung galaxy 2021 A21.
It is all of a sudden losing 35% battery charge once a day.
I have tried to restart my watch and restart my phone several times, tried updating my watch and android.
Nothing works.
Heeeeelp.

Hi there, @A.Reumert. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Because your post didn't mention, may I know if you're tracking GPS or SpO2 data? Also, are you using an animated clock face or Always-On Display? As with any electronic device, the battery life will depend on how often certain features are used as with some of them you may have to charge your watch more often.
That being said, please follow the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life and make sure to charge your watch with the charging cable that came in the box.
Hope this helps.

Oh, yeah, I forgot - I am tracking neither GPS or SpO2 nor an animated or always on display.
Thank you for the help article. However I am already following that "best practice" still my watch discharges very quickly.
Any diagnostic I can run? Some software check or something?
