Sense is not receiving notifications

Ive done everything. Turn off Bluetooth turn back on. Restart phone restart watch. Everything has latest updates. I even deleted app and reinstalled. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a Fitbit since my first purchase 7 years ago. Spent a lot of money on the sense and this issue is very disappointing. Never had this with previous fitbits. Cycling Bluetooth works for a bit then back to no notifications again. Tried everything in the forums. It will work for a bit then nothing. iPhone 11 Pro. Help!!!

The first thing I would check is the settings on your unknown phone.
