Sense is not syncing

my sense won’t stay synced and I reset it last Thursday after 5 days of not syncing and now it’s gone again I’m very disappointed as  it is less than 2 months old I was very excited to purchase this watch but now feel like I just waisted my money

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you for the steps you've followed. If you've unpaired your Fitbit Sense with your Fitbit account, I'd recommend trying to set it up one more time by following the instructions here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

 

If you experience any inconvenience, please check: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? After your Sense is paired, please try to sync it again and if any inconvenience occurs, I recommend taking a look at this link

The syncing error is my issue too!

So I have to go through all "setting up a new device" process time by time and it is really irritating....

Hoping for a real solution from FitBit team, please!

It’s unreal , so frustrating as I really use my sense to keep me active Going to try n reset it later n see what happens

They don't have a fix, they still try and have you do useless steps, this is their response from twitter

 

We see where you're coming from. We're still at work in coming up with a fix. While we can't pinpoint a time frame, an update shall be later on rolled out to address the issue at hand.

Perhaps you can talk your team into rolling back the last update, this is a bigger issue than a reset data, and the rest of the troubleshooting steps we have all had to do multiple times trying to make our devices work as intended

I have completely reset mine three times now stays sinced about a day and gone again. I've been doing it for two weeks now pretty much just an overpriced watch for me at the moment!

I have exactly the same issue it’s been happening for weeks. I have followed every step and still have issues, it will sync for a couple of days then just stops, I have to completely reset the device. Then the battery suddenly drains and I end up with no watch at all. Constantly resetting or reconnecting is ridiculous! I love the watch but these constant issues are not with it 😡
