I am so fed up with my Sense, it's not taking a charge even though I have carefully cleaned all the areas. The charger is very flimsy to start with. Really annoyed. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @olive.whytebour - the charge cable can often be faulty on one pin, have a look at this link which explains what to do How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thanks, it is 2 faulty pins, they are sending me another under warranty but won't be for 10 days!!! I'm clearly not the only one with this problem 🥺
