Sense is not tracking distance

Sense is tracking steps but not distance…when will this be fixed?

I recommend you to check this 'What are some tips to make sure my Fitbit daily activity is accurate?', I'm positive it will help you improve this situation. Also, I recommend you to restart your Sense, just to make sure everything is ok.

Obviously I checked the link and rebooted before posting the issue...this did not improve my situation. Not helpful at all, this response was even more frustrating. ☹️

Any news on a fix from fitbit? It's been a couple of weeks now that the watch won't track distance. I bought my new sense a few months ago, and knowing distance traveled everyday, was one of the reasons. No justification by fitbit whatsoever?

No, doesn't appear so. My tracker has started behaving the same, and none of the other fixes are working. Even the support has no clue when it'll be fixed.

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
