I walked 7 flights of stairs and my Sense is showing 46 floors. I have restarted my Sense and that didn't help. Thoughts?

Hi @JGiannelli - this problem affects some watches which are or have become faulty.

Sometimes it follows a firmware upgrade which if if happened after doing one is the explanation otherwise it is the watch which can be replaced under warranty.

Note: the floor count is only informative and doesn't affect other measurements. So you have the option to ignore it if outside warranty unless it is important for you.
