This is my second sense in two years , it won't connect to Bluetooth so all my data , calls messages ect don't work just steps  the button doesn't work got InTouch with Fitbit and had no joy

Why is the life span so rubbish the sense cost £300

Hi @Garbutt - if this started happening in the last 2 months it may be related to the new Fitbit app which has syncing issues.

The button can have an issue but make sure to squeeze the watch betwee finger and thumb, using a finger nail won't work, so the fleshy part covers the button. If you are doing it right you can practice turning the display off and on.

Hold the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, then try syncing..

If still no success try also restarting the phone, this alone may help with the syncing, even if you can't restart the watch.

As a last resort go into the watch Settings and do a Shutdown - be aware this will delete any non synced data from the watch - then after a minute place the watch on charge to restart it. Then try syncing.

It's just so annoying that they only seem to last two years and it was £300

I won't be buying another one

Fitbit didn't even help with the button issue
