I wish there was real customer service for fitbit. There is just this absurd message board. My sense has stopped working correctly. It will sync with the phone, it will show the time, I can change the clock faces. It will scroll up, to show notifications.
It will not scroll to the left or to the right at all. I cannot access settings or any other apps, like weather, etc. This is very frustrating. I turned off the Bluetooth and restarted my app and phone. At first, the phone wasn't reconnecting with the watch when it rebooted. Now it did reconnect but nothing changed. I do not know how to restart the watch or if that would help. It only has the one "button" and it wakes the Google assistant who cannot help, or at least cannot restart the watch which I asked it to do.

My sense stopped working today. Doesn’t seem to be charging. Can’t touch screen or swipe. It will sync and communicate with app but nothing else. Already been though four chargers cause they don’t work. This thing sux. Waste of money. I’m getting an Apple Watch. Won’t go near Fitbit again. I’m going to plaster messages all over my socials so other people I know don’t waste there money on these trash devices.
