As mentioned elsewhere, my Sense has stopped syncing, does not record sleep data, will not show O2, heart rate or steps on the clock screen, although the steps are showing in the secondary screen. After attempting all of the recommended fixes, I have now lost all history. If I log in on my laptop, my dashboard shows 5 panels with trying to load, but no information.
This Sense replaced an Ionic that stopped working. I am beginning to detect a pattern.
If there is a true solution, I would like to have it before I move to Apple.
