HI @Keepad - when you sync your watch with a phone it sets the time, sometimes it is necessary to restart the watch.
When you get a new phone there can be syncing issues if the watch is still trying to connect to the old phone.It is important to remove the Bluetooth entry on the old phone, or turn it off and any other Bluetooth devices to give the watch the chance to connect with only the new phone. A restart of both may help.
If the time still doesn't set when successfully syncing, in the Fitbit App, click the profile photo and App settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync, then restore the settings as they were, it should be fine.
