Sense is showing the wrong time and date

Every week a new issue with my Sense. This week it displays the wrong time and date. I obviously tried to fix it through the Dashboard. I'm getting so frustrated with my purchase.

Make sure you check the settings and resync

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

App Settings

Turn on automatic time zone

 

If the watch is losing time then its faulty.

In which case its probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
