I recharged the Sense 3 days ago, battery already at 0. After recharging, it is displaying the wrong time. I powered down and restarted with no success. The time zone is correct. I cannot get it to link with my phone either. Have only worn this for 10 days.

Hi there, @Dmboyle. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Keep in mind that your Sense may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. Did you sync your Sense after it ran out of battery? To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

HI, it loses track of time when the battery is flat.
To set the time it must be charged and synced, which sets the time.
If its not syncing have a look here
You may also have to toggle Off/On the automatic time zone in the Fitbit App, profile photo, app settings.

So I got up this morning and the Sense now has the correct time and is tracking my steps..I hope this doesn't happen again or the device isn't faulty.
