Hello,
I am from India and I purchased fitbit sense in 2021 from online TATA Cliq store. My fitbit sense screen has started showing vertical green lines on screen. It appears sometimes and don't go away. and sometimes it goes away. Can I please get replacement of my device?

Thanks for the detailed information, I'm sorry this is happening to your Sense. Before anything else, and because your post didn't mention, may I know if you've tried restarting your watch? If not, please give it a try as that will help refreshing its performance. Additionally, change the clock face and monitor its behavior afterward.

I haven't tried restarting watch yet. I will try that. But lines appear at night mostly and when I put on charging device in morning. It goes away. I will try restarting watch. But I am sure it is manufacturing defect. Because I read here people having same issues.

Thanks for your willingness in troubleshooting your Sense. I understand your point of view and so we can make sure all the possible steps were exhausted, please try restarting your watch and changing the clock face whenever you can.

Hello,
It is not solved yet. and now my screen of fitbit sense has came off. I did nothing and it came off from the watch. Can I please get replacement of watch?

Support said my watch is out of warranty and they can't do anything. I am disappointed by quality of watch. now I have to find local shop to get it repaired and I even don't know if it will be repaired or not. Also vertical lines problem still exists.
