Sense is showing white stripes on left and right hand sides of screen.

Hi,

I wore my sense in the shower and afterwards it had a white stripe on the left hand and right hand sides. They’re extraordinarily bright! I’ve tried restarting it and it hasn’t gotten rid of the stripes. Is there a fix for this?  I bought it in Sept 2020.  I thought it was meant to be water tight up to 50m under water.

Hi, @Tia-KT, welcome, Your "Sense" should not have any problem with a regular shower (I swim with mine daily) Allowing you have tried a reset I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
